Model rotation speed dialog
This dialog window can be used to change the speed at which the displayed model is rotating.
Use Ctrl+R, toolbar button or 'View->Rotate->Rotation Speed' to load this dialog.
This option can be used when a model is loaded for display and is also rotating
(Use the R button to toggle rotation).

Time Gap Listbox
The model is rotated by 5 degrees after a fixed interval of time.
The listbox has options to set this interval from 100 to 500 milliseconds depending on the speed
of rotation that is desired.
Note that some time is also taken by the renderer to process all the polygons of the model
which will also contribute to decreasing the rotation speed.
This effect will be more visible for large sized model files.
